A clean and friendly hotel with excellent breakfast offerings, including scrambled eggs and waffles. The free happy hour was a great perk, with tasty snacks and drinks. However, the WiFi didn't reach the end of the hall, making connectivity a challenge. The elevator wait times were longer than expected, likely due to high occupancy during my stay.

definitely going back there again
The Deluxe Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was awesome. It had a microwave, a refrigerator, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fitness center was well-equipped and the indoor pool was clean and relaxing. Free breakfast had scrambled eggs and sausage, while the evening kickback served delicious pasta and salads.

Clean rooms with a well-stocked kitchenette featuring a microwave and fridge made unwinding easy. The complimentary breakfast had ample choices, including scrambled eggs and assorted pastries, ideal for kickstarting the day.
Upon arrival, the elevator was out of service for two weeks, which forced me to haul my luggage up to the fourth floor, making for an exhausting trek. No vending machines were located on the upper floors, so having to go all the way to the main lobby just to grab a snack was a hassle. The room itself felt a tad cramped, leaving little breathing room for three adults, although we did manage to fit comfortably enough. Noise disturbances from other guests were also an annoyance during the night, which made sleeping a challenge.

We visit Collinsville 1-2 times each year and this is our go-to place to stay. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and I loved relaxing in the hot tub after a long day. One minor issue was some noise from other guests, but it didn't really spoil our experience overall. 😊
